Based on the insulating material, we produce sandwich panels from 20mm to 120mm thick.
The maximum size of our panels is 2600mm x 7000mm
Wood plywood, plywood coated with PVC or patterned paper, HPL laminates, fiberglass laminates and aluminum foil are usually used.
The most used are extruded polystyrene (XPS) and expanded polystyrene (EPS). But it is possible to produce panels with polyurethane foam inside, expanded PVC or polypropylene honeycomb.
The 3 different types of implants we have use polyurethane-based, bi-component, single-component and thermo-hardening adhesives.
